Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free delivery on all orders over $50. Orders below that are charged a standard shipping rate at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you can't find it, contact us at returns@minidou.com and we'll help you locate it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with other secure payment options available at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your exchange policy?
We offer free exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are eligible for exchange only — no refunds on sale purchases.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Contact us at +961 81 437 366 or returns@minidou.com with your order number and reason for exchange. Once approved, we'll schedule a free home pickup and dispatch your exchange within 2 business days.
Do you cover return shipping costs?
Yes — we cover return shipping on all orders within the UAE. Terms and conditions apply.
What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 15 days of delivery at +961 81 437 366 with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a pickup and dispatch your exchange within 2 business days.

What materials are Minidou products made from?
Every Minidou piece is crafted from 100% pure cotton and muslin — soft, breathable, and gentle on delicate newborn skin. Our fabrics are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, a certification we've held since 2022.
Are your products safe for sensitive newborn skin?
Yes — all Minidou fabrics are certified hypoallergenic and tested safe for the most sensitive newborn skin, with OEKO-TEX certification confirming they're free from harmful substances.
How do I find the right size?
Measure your baby while lying down using a soft tape measure, then check our size guide — it covers Newborn through 18-24 months with height, weight, and UK/US/EU size equivalents.
How should I care for my Minidou pieces?
Machine wash cold (30°C max) on a gentle cycle, never use bleach, tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry, and iron on low heat only if needed. Store folded in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Do you offer gift sets?
Yes — our curated gift sets are beautifully packaged and baby-shower ready, perfect for celebrating a new arrival.
Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
Absolutely — just enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout. Let us know in the order notes if you'd like it gift-wrapped.
